Have anyone ever heard this guy sing? He's da bomb. I heard him singing for the first on TV (MTV, I think) and I loved him right away.

He's Latino and he sings with soul. That's why I put it in this forum. I didn't know exactly where to put it. It would be worth your while to check him out.

Don't worry, Honi, R&B's the right place. Soul fits into R&B (or fits next to it).

I keep seeing his name and that song that's popular and his album cover, but I guess I actually haven't heard it yet. It seems pretty popular though since it's quickly went to the top of the chart on Launch. The site only has one song in the media player but I definitely see what you mean with that one. I imagine he has a standard spicy song probably as well, but with the first single, I feel more doubtful about that. Is most of his other stuff smooth like Obsession?

Actually Jusork, I haven't heard his other stuff. I only discovered him on TV when he was singing live, but the song he was singing wasn't Obsession. Maybe he was promoting a new song. When I checked him out on the net, it seems like he's been around for a minute. This is just the first of me hearing about him.

Yeah, I definitely haven't heard him until recently either. I wouldn't thought this was his first big break into the spotlight, too, but it seems that it's actually not at all. On his website and elsewhere, it says he had a top 40 hit with a song called Don't Wanna Try on his 2003 debut. I guess we both missed that one.

It's good to hear that he sounds like he's probably a thoroughly good singer. I did find some of those party singles. It's good to hear that he leans toward a more respectable side and that the label doesn't seem to use the "party singles" as singles.
