Wow. I did everything I knew of. I listened to the song and searched the lyrics that I heard, I searched her website (usually they have lyrics there), tried different parts of her name. I couldn't find any lyrics either. I found a small line of lyrics on an article. Maybe try searching these lines of the lyrics in the future: "I've already been where you think you can go." Maybe the lyrics will come around.

Hi Honi --- I'm with Jusork. I've checked out numerous sites and this is the best that I could come up with. It gives lots of her song lyrics but not the one that you're looking for.

Thank you all so much for trying to help me find it. I was thinking that lyrics to any song could found on the lyric sites, but this is the first one that I couldn't find. Maybe it's because it's not the most popular cut on her CD (which really shouldn't make a difference).

I've already checked some of those. I really appreciate all the effort you all have put in this. I really don't think we'll find it now though, because we've looked on some very good sites already.

The fact that it's a deeper cut is most likely why it's not available. An artist not having all their lyrics on the internet is fairly common. Their official website is usually the place that'll have them if anywhere. Lyrics by the most popular artists are usually easy to find anywhere. Lesser known artists are more likely to have about more than half not available than popular artists. Real lyric sites are actually very small in the number of song lyrics they have compared to a site that could hold every modern song with lyrics.

Did you guys just search individual sites? Using a search engine (sometimes putting in the word 'lyrics' in the search), is a much better way.

The first place I went to was letssingit.com I always have the best luck with them. But I did not this time.

Then I tried finding the lyrics by going to google. I typed in Ann Nesby lyrics. I got all the way to page 40 (there were 70 pages altogether) when my cpmuter started acting up and I had to quit.

I had also tried looking up 'Ann Nesby', 'Lyrics for Ann Nesby's advice' and 'Ann Nesby's advice'. Unfortunatly, I found nothing Frown

letssingit is one of my favorites, too.

The artist's name and the word lyrics is usually a good start. The best way to search is to use a simple and common string of keywords like that. Using the possessive form of her name wouldn't find much since sites don't usually write her name as a possession (although the site may mention her name somewhere in possession form for some reason and not list it anywhere else and you might get lucky so it's not a totally worthless try). Adding the word for wouldn't be helpful at all though. Most sites might even take it out of the search words because it so unhelpful. 'Ann Nesby' and then 'advice' would be a better try.
