Question:
Are you a Sun Sneezer? A question posted in the Biology forum produced an answer that stated 1 in 4 people sneeze when they look at the Sun or other bright light. I myself am a Sun Sneezer and know many others. I would think the ratio to be more like 1 in 2. Take the poll and we'll find our own, very scientific, result.

Choices:
Yes, I'm a Sun Sneezer
No, I am not

my bet, since this is an opt-in poll, is that you're going to find that more people who are interested in the topic because they are sun-sneezers will vote, so i doubt this will be very representative. I'm basing this mostly on my personal reaction, that I'm voting because I saw the topic title and am a sun-sneezer, but also on what little I know about polling statistics.

I never heard of such a thing! Very interesting - I will have to read up on it....But NO, I am not. I only sneeze at allergens - mostly dust.

Umn........

not that I am an alien to the idea of sneezing,
but,

Sneezing at the Sun!

that sure is a new one.

K,
no I do not sneeze at the sun! (hhehe, I wonder why I just remembered the song, "I'm not the only one, staring at the sun...")
Perhaps, because of the simple reason that I usually don't look at it.
*During morning, I am totally engrossed in my rush to school;
*Afternoons, I rarely go out, but am shielded in my car (so never look up, cursing the heat and the heat-providor)

Uhh...
when and
WHY do you look at the sun?
and how loud do yuou sneeze???

At this writing there have been 46 views of this post but only 7 votes. What's it take to simply click yes or no? If everyone that viewed this post would've voted we'd have a more representative sample of the lot. I'm very interested in the result. Please just vote, no matter how disinterested you may be!

I always sneeze at the sun. If I feel one coming on, I can look at a bright light and that will work too.
One of my sons also does this. But it has no effect on the other and they are twins.

Generally during the summer, when it is very bright but hazy, I will sneeze at the sun. I don't generally look at the sun (didn't your mother tell you that's bad for you?) but the bright sunlight will make me sneeze.
However, this does not happen all the time, and not during the winter months.
Regardless, I have found that Drixoral Cold & Allergy works wonders for this and other ailments (shameless plug).

kendor - the pageviews do not count the number of unique vistors, so it is likely that people have been visiting multiple times to check how the poll is going and have been counted multiple times.
