I don't have much acne: you wouldn't even call it that. I have irregular pimples, but they are huge, and they cause me much grief.

They aren't like, "OMG, they are the size of my cuticle, OMG, where's my dermatologist?!?". They are seriously large.

I don't even have a dermatologist, lol. That's whyI'm asking you guys. Thanks!

Once in a Blue Moon I get a zit/pimple, so I really use anything specfically to keep it under control. Unfortuantly, there is no cure for acne but here are a few vitamins you can take to help.

flaxseed oil
evening primrose oil
starflower oil.
vitamin A
vitamin B6
vitamin C

Just be careful though...
High doses of vitamin A are not good for girls of child-bearing age or who are pregnant.
High doses of vitamin B6 may cause nerve damage.
High doses of vitamin C may cause diarrhea.

PS: I had a friend who spent a small fortune on that Proactive stuff...she said it isn't worth it. My brother uses Clearisil. It works well for him. Nutregena makes a good acne product also.
