I have really bad chapped lips. I mean really bad. and its all red under my lips and its sore. i've tried vaselline, and chapstick but nothing seems to work! Help!!!

Ask your pharmacist for a moisturizer called Alpha Hydrox, or a lip moisturizer called Carmex. Ordinary chapstick might do the trick, but you must apply it like every 15 minutes. If you're short on cash but there's plenty of peanut butter at home, apply it at night before bedtime, resisting the strong temptation to smack your lips! That should do it!

the one I found that works the best has tea tree oil in it (which means it doesn't smell so great, but it works). The one I use is made by Desert Essence and is called Lip Rescue...you can find this at Vitamin stores or Health Food Stores.

I agree that CHAPSTICK NEVER WORKS
but try a vaselline/cream with vitaminE in it.
That seems to keep my lips looking healthy.
