Okay, I want to keep my tan and I live under the Sun Gods, but only recently has it started to bother me.
What kind of suntan lotion do you recommend, and what SPF? Thanks, PB

If you're anything like me - - you're addicted to the sun. My parents only live 20 minutes from me on the coast - so I grew up on the beach....and in the sun.

I too recently started thinking this wasn't such a great idea. Since I do view it as an addiction - - I'm going gradual. A couple of years ago I started with 8 - - now I'm up to 15 on a regular basis. If I feel like I'm getting a little too much sun, I throw 30 on my face.....

Hey - I'm getting there. Someday I may be just a 30 girl....(although I will never actually BE 30 again wink ). As far as the brand - - I typically do Bananna Boat.

I think they recommend at least using a spf of 15. It sounds like you are in the sun alot so you would be probably OK with 15. But if you burn you may need 30. Copertone makes a Sports spray that you just spray on you don't have to rub it dries fast. Also Bull Frog goes on and it is not oily. I have very oily skin on my face so I hate to put suntan lotion on. But Bull Frog works well.
