Oh please stop taking them right now  It's interesting that you have less bruising now...because Omega3 Fish Oil actually has blood thinning properties and extreme caution should be taken with those using blood thinners such as aspirin and warfarin. In fact, High dose fish oils should be avoided by those on blood thinning drugs.You need to tell your doctor that you are taking this!

When doctors prescribe coumadin they test the blood to see what the coagulation levels are. They continue increasing or decreasing to get the levels to the desired therapeutic level.
As long as they are testing your friends levels, she is at a safe dose.
