I get little red bumps, kind of pimply things on the back of my thighs and a couple on my butt..GROSS right?? I think it's b/c I exercise a lot, but how can I get rid of them? Is there any kind of body wash I can buy that will REALLY work?
Exercise doesn't cause bumps....but the excess sweat could be clogging your pores. Make sure you wear breathable fabrics when you work out - like 100% cotton - no lycra. Also, wash after your workout and try an anti-bacterial soap and use a loofah sponge to get rid of dead skin. This should help some. Good luck!

Georgia offered some very useful information. I would just add that sitting (perhaps while working) for long periods of time, can have the same effect on your skin, you described.
I sat day and night, six days a week, at work, for years. My condition became so severe that I made an appointment with a Dermatologist. He gave me medication and told me it was from sitting for such a long time.
A friend once had a similar problem due to clogged pores as Georgia said - except her clogged pores were due to using baby oil every day after showering.
I use baby oil sometimes w/no problems, but I think she just over-did it.
