Can anyone tell when you should have a mole looked at? Thanks

Take a look at THIS site. It seem pretty informative.

General rule of thumb (Without ozone depletion warning). Have a doctor look at any mole that:

1. Changes shape, colour or size.
2. Any new moles that suddenly appear and/or grow fast.
3. Regular check ups should cover the rest.

Mind many moles darken in the summer. Many freckles are considered moles. Moles and freckles are a natural part of aging.

And when they push up great mounds of earth in your lawn, of course.

Thank you Tree and Dvd, your help has been greatly appreciate. I have made a doctors appointment for early next week to check a new mole I found on my cheek, from what I read I don't think I have much to worry about but still I'd rather have it check out just to make sure.
