Could anyone tell me what soap and creams are good for your face? I just use regular soap and no cream normally. How often should you use soap on your face? Thanks

I know this sounds hokey, but I use ProActive, yes, that stuff advertised on T.V. My skin was in pretty bad shape, and I really didn't find any over-the-counter product that worked so I decided to give it a try. It has worked very well for me, clearing acne and generally giving my skin a healthier look and feel.

Currently I am really liking the Lumene line of cleansers, etc. I have oily skin and it has been working well and smells good.

I have been using the cleansing system made by Mary Kay and my skin has been noticably smoother and softer.

That's interesting, skincare4u - My Mom told me NEVER to use soap on my face. She said that you must use ONLY water, and that's what I've been doing!
