I used to get the same things, when I'm not so tan (in the winter), u can still see the scars from them on the back of my upper arm b/c I picked on them, so don't do that! I'm sorry I can't really give any advice on how to get rid of them, just wanted to let u know, DON"T PICK! It creates scars! If they're pimply, like filled w/white stuff, put something on it that will dry it up, such as toothpaste, or differin gel if u have it by chance! It works great! Are they just red dots or are they raised?

I too have the red dots on my arms and so does my son. I went to a dermatologist and he gave it a name and said it was from dry skin. He suggested we wash with Oil of Olay soap for sensitive skin, avoid bubble baths and gave us a prescription lotion that is very greasy. I now use just plan lotion and they are better. When I was younger I thought it was acne and I scrub them and put astringent on them and it made it worse. Some of mine did look like pimples and i wanted to squeeze them. But if you do you will scar. I suggest a dermatologist and find out for sure what you have.
