Kirby Lynn Bronze Enthusiast	Posted Just wondering if there was anything I could do to get my poor cracked, nasty heels back in shape--I've tried exfoliating, lotion, and stuff like that. I'm always going barefoot outdoors, which is probably my problem. Please help!

Sherasi Diamond Enthusiast	Posted Hide Post Try "Bag Balm" (green square can in the pet sections) fairly liberally rubbed on then with wearing socks over night. This is a terrific healing agent we've used for our boys sore bottoms with their diapers. It was actually developed for cows and livestock, but we've used it for years and so have many others. ANYWAY another thing that works is Bluestar ointment, slather it on then put on socks so it can stay there all night. This is what my mom's doctor recommended for her when she was so sick, her heels were cracked really deeply and it did help. Feel better and keep those shoes on!
