I use the Oxy 10 range, I find it much better than Clearasil. Also if you can get Avon products in the US, they do their own range of facial scrubs and cleansers which are also very good.

You might also try a bar of Neutrogena. It's a clear bar of soap you can find just about anywhere. No residue and very mild. This did wonders for one of my daughter's when she was having skin problems.

I remember years ago when I was in Cosmotology school,I was told that over the counter acne products were a waste of money.Plain soap and Sea Breeze on oily areas worked best.

I think it all depends on your skin problem. Is it delicate, dry, lots of breakouts, pimples,oily... You should buy a soap depending on your needs. If you have big problems with your skin you should consult it with your doctor.
