What works best for your psoriasis? I've been to the dermatologists many times, used all the different steroid creams, taken methotrexate and cyclosporine (at different times, of course), and been through UVB therapy. All therapies worked at the time of treatment, but had rebound effects afterwards, sometimes with side effects during treatments. I've found sunlight to be one of the most effective and longest lasting, natural ways to control it. Although sometimes the sun works better at some times than at other times. Share your experiences with what works best for you.

I can only say that my dad suffered from this unpleasant growth on his knees, knuckles and most joints (he has since passed away from unrealted problems). My mom has it behind her ears at this time. From what I've seen, there is really no treatment for it... at least what my parents found to be effective.

I did find a site that discusses various treatments.
