What skin cream might be good for the thin, dry skin that comes with aging? Is it vitamin E?

It is worst on the backs of my hands and on my forearms. Thanks.

Almost any cheap cream will work, especially if it has aloe vera and/or Vitamin E. (Both also work wonders on burns, too.) If you can't find Vit E oil, just buy some capsules, and stick one with a pin. (But do NOT put the capsule in your mouth after you have opened the capsule. That is one terrible taste.) Keeping hydrated will also help with dry skin.
