I don't know where else to post it so I hope this question is in the right forum.

Today I was told that if you look closely at a person, just stare at them for a couple of minutes you can see a whitish glow around them. If you become accustomed to this than if you ask them a question and they answer in a lie you can see a red flash on their aura.

Is this true? I would appreciate any links concerning this matter.

Well, auras can tell a lot about a person. People have different colored auras from each other, and one person's aura might be more one color than another depending on their mood or health.
Some people are able to see auras, some people can see them once they develop an ability. I have never really seen aura colors so much as sensed them, but I intend to further attune this particular skill -if I ever have some time.
So I suppose that if you were adept at aura-reading, you probably could tell from the aura if a person was lying.
