What is the day after a major jewsih holiday always called?

Jewish Tradition interprets the words "Mi'Mochorat HaShabbat," as meaning "from the day after the holiday

good answer but wrong. Mi'Mochorat HaShabbat hashabbat is talking about a custom of counting the omer during passover. What I am looking for is the name of the day say, after passover, after the feast of tabernacles(succot), and after shavout.
