To my knowledge, when the day of judgement process starts , everyone will first fall unconscious (dead) and then be woken up.

Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) said that he or another person will be the first to regain conscious.

As per his saying who is that other person.

Moses

Right answer.

All men and women fall unconscious. Muhammad is the first to awake and he sees Moses, who may or may not have awoken prior, holding up the Throne of Allah at the mountain of Tur (Sahih Bukhari, book 55 "accounts of the prophets", numbers 610, 620, 626.)
