How often does someones hebrew birthday and english birthday fall on the same day (besides for on the year that they are born.)

Mahzor qatan has 235 lunar months which equals 19 years.So,I would guess once every 19 years?

yup. on your 19th birthday. that is except if you were born in january or february on an english lep year.
