Are you supposed to be able to take your DVD CD's and be able to use them in your computer? You know, to listen to the music and things? I've tried this several times and it just won't work. Nothing happens! What am I doing wrong?

You have to have a program on your computer for each. When i put a cd or dvd into the disc drive on my compute a pop up comes up giving me options on what i want to do. (play the cd? copy the song? etc) If you don't have a program for dvd's on your computer, you won't be able to play the dvd. Sometimes, you might have to open the program before inserting the cd. What program do you have for playing cd's?
