I have just had a Norton's window appear on my screen telling me I have a trojan virus on my computer which it is unable to repair.

Can someone tell me what to do next?

You should first of all, quarantine the file, update the virus.dat file using your "Live Update" tab, try to repair the file, and if it is still non repairable, delete it.
