My anit-virus found a virus in a file on my computer, but the file can't be disinfected or deleted. I tried deleting the file manually but it won't let me. What do i do?

Try using a online virus checking program.

Trend Micro

The other option is to find out exactly which virus it is, locate all the files & delete them under "Safe-mode".... usually startup the computer & depressing "F8" while booting.
Good Luck.
