Anybody heard of a firewall called "Kerio"
from www.kerio.com ?
and is it any good ,as it says on the blurb in a computer( for high level users) magazine review it is as good as "ZoneAlarm"
Opinions? Is it worth looking at?

Yep.. seen it and used it for a bit.. Not a bad little firewall and gives full stealth at www.grc.com

Due to my penchant for trying different programs, I am now using Sygate (free version) and like it a little better..

I've used Kerio firewalls too, they work pretty good, and like you said, take up little space. I usually put it on my older pc's when I first put one on the net.

Murray S., I haven't used Sygate. Can you tell me what you like about it? I'm currently running the trial version of Norton's firewall, but I'm not planning to buy it. I've used ZoneAlarm but not the Kerio firewall or the Sygate.

Just the user friendliness of it.. I also used Norton's and it ended up strying to takeover it seemed..

Sygate just runs in the background quietly doing it's thing..
