I would recommend Sygate or Kerio, Outpost is also good, from what I understand. If you go here , you can find a list.

I'm Using McAfee Personal firewall which is bundled in my AOL BB contract (Easy to set up and use) Wouldn't buy the complete Security Package though Most of my defence is freeware programs anyway like Adaware,SpywareBlaster and Avast! Quite happy with these
Chris mentioned Kerio Which is now owned by Sunbelt software who in their old company name created the Original version of the Very good Microsoft anti spyware program which is Free to download and use, but is only good for XP (and possibly Win2000?)
They still have their version called "Counterspy", but you'll have to pay for it, was about $25 (about 2 years ago)
I'd go for the Kerio program only because of the reputation of the company that now owns it
