Mozilla is a Web browser and if there is no Internet available, he could not be online chatting and so forth.

You can cut off the Internet several different ways depending upon how you connect; various options include: Dial-up, Cable, DSL

You can also put in a password in the computer startup so that no one can use it without the password.

To do this we would need to know what Operating System the computer is running.

Post again with your preferred method of restricting the computer and please include the requested information.

With your setup I would think that a BIOS password would be your best choice. Click here to see how to do this and feel free to post here again if you need any further direction, or email me. You will my find email address on the linked page.

I hope this helps!
