when i downloaded spybot i get this message "if you remove adertisement robots with this progam you may not be allowed to continue using their host programs. Read their licence agreement for further info."

There are some programs that come bundled with legitimate programs, such as ads, spyware, etc. Spybot warns you about this because some programs will not work if you use a spyware removal program, such as Spybot, to remove the embedded spyware in them. I would ignore this warning, the majority of the time, nothing is affected, unless its a bad program to begin with.
