Howdy Ruthann:
Do a search on your system for this file: stcloader.exe
If you find it, do the following..
goto start then Run type msconfig &
then startups Tab & Uncheck it
then do a Reboot & delete this file
C:\WINNT\System32\stcloader.exe
Hold on you are going to Uncheck stcloader
then Reboot & delete this stcloader.exe
You will probably have to go into Registry and delete that file plus the one that is giving you the error message.
BTW, it is a popup hijacker file !!

Just a note...
Judging from the image that

posted, I'm guessing the Operating System is Windows XP or Windows XP Pro.
If that is the case, you will probably have to do the search allowing the hidden system files option.
