Man this spyware crap is killing me. every time i load a page something pops up, it's getting really annoying. is there any free programs that remove spy ware?

SpyBot is good and free. They ask for donations, but it works just fine even if you don't donate.

You can use Spyware Blaster along with Spybot S&D.

I agree with Dixie. I never see spyware unless it is a really good spy and cannot be found.
