I'm running Windows 98. Almost every day, when I attempt to open my Home Page, which is supposed to be set to Google, I get redirected to a page that I don't want to use. So, I go into 'Internet Options' and there is the page I don't want taking the place of my Google page. When I delete it, it comes back when I reboot. How can I keep this other, unwanted page from reappearing? It's really frustrating. Thanks in advance for any help you can render.
Paul, what is the page's address? If it's something you might be embarrassed to mentioned, don't be -- we've almost all experienced arriving at sites with no action on our parts.
I have Adaware and Spybot and they were fine for awhile. I'm currently using AVG 6.0 for virus protection. Now, thanks to you, I have Browser Hijack Blaster. I hope it does the trick!
