On a web site I had clicked onto a link and up came a blank Internet Explorer Window, then another and another, they just kept popping up. This has happened before at that same site's link.

Is this an error or some kind of virus? I did a full McAfee scan and it came up clean.

Since you posted the other link about doing the SFC with the msvcrt.dll file, I would like to wait to here of progress there before proceeding here. Knowing the site address would probably help.
