Actually, I downloaded Stinger and it scanned, found 46 viruses. But I can't figure out how to remove them. Stinger says "Ready to remove 46 viruses" but how do you do it? Right click/delete doesn't do it, nor the button "Remove" nor anything else on the screen, either in the list of viruses or the main screen...?

It might have removed them already. I found this at the fownload site: "By default Stinger will repair all infected files found."
