It appears that you’re running both Symantec’s Internet Security and the AVG Antivirus program. Trying to run both antivirus programs at the same time is sure to cause some system conflicts. I would suggest you uninstall on or the other of these. If it were me, I would uninstall the Symantec Internet Security program because in my opinion too much is being attempted by a single program. If something goes wrong with the program, your whole computer is going to suffer.
What I would suggest is:
AVG for your AntiVirus needs.
ZoneAlarm for your firewall needs
http://www.zonelabs.com (free version)
Spybots, Ad-Aware and SpywareBlaster for your Anti-spyware needs
http://dwightblackburn.com#spywareBlock unwanted parasites with a modified “hosts” file (free)
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htmI suggest that you uninstall the Yahoo Toolbar and all associated program files. In my experience these can cause a number of different problems. Uninstalling the toolbar does not mean you cannot use the Yahoo services. You can place a shortcut to the yahoo site on your desktop and enjoy easy access.
I would suggest that you use the Control Panel --> Add-Remove Programs utility to uninstall the two programs and only after restart look for and remove any of these entrys in HighJackThis.
