When I try and update certain programs eg: napster,crap cleaner,roboform and others I get a not authorized to view msg. I shut off za and I have no problem updating. I have checked the za site and even got that msg on some things on their site. Any ideas?

Have you allowed those programs to update? You can choose to allow/ask/deny any and all programs to access the internet... You can also try lowering the Security settings on ZA.
