Picked up another virus(badtransll..It is located: C:\_restore\temp\a0083978.cpy.....Grisoft said it cannot heal or remove the infected file...So, my question is: do I live with it or what...

You can try to make a boot disk and boot up with it. Then use DOS to delete the file. Then the file will be gone!
