File: install.exe
From: Ch3f4Funn
To: CN=Mary Parman/O=G&K

This appears to be an email meassage from your mail server. It is advising that an email to you from "Ch3fFunn" has been deleted.

The server's virus scanner identified the Worm_Klez.H virus infecting the file. As the email consisted only of the virus (that is, there was no actual message), the email could not be repaired, and so the email was simply deleted from the server.
