I use Macafee online and I have had no problem but after reading here about Norton I downloaded the trialware. Will that conflict with Macafee or can I run both?

Glad I'm not the only one who wonders about this, I msyself think yes two anti-viruses run programs, that is while I deleted McAffee and kept Nortons, because my system uses Nortons ghost to restore, if needed. The reason I like Nortons is its easier to upgrade online. But this is only my opinion, just make certain you update often, I say weekly at least. Good Luck!

i don't have it's a good idea to run both. i suggest you to use Norton. I am using Norton myself and i think it's great. it's easy to use and i have no problem with Norton. I will say go with Norton!
Hi, I recently bought Norton Internet Security and when I bought it I asked the CompUSA store manager whether it would interfere with the McAfee that I already had running. He told me that it may work for a while but that eventually my computer might freeze up when the two programs try to cross reference files at the same time. It's probably better to delete the old after installing the new. What I did was turn off the MacAfee Antivirus and dragged it to the trash, but did not delete it until I was sure that I had properly installed Norton.
