Hi, I have downloaded the free addition of AVG but it will not upload the reason i am given is this, Local machine: installation failed
Installation:
Error: Action failed for file avgmfx86.sys: starting service....
Error 0x80070002 can you please help me sort this problem. many thanks for your time Ann

I think you have a conflict with the Older 7.5 version which can be overwritten

Suggest you go into the Control Panel Add Remove Programs section and Uninstall all the AVG links there May be listed as AVG 7.5 or AVG 8.0
Next click this link and a fresh copy of AVG 8.0.100 (Latest version) will Be ready to download (45 MB)
PS May bring a Firewall alert up after installation . Allow it OK?
