What is the best program to scan and remove junk from my registry safely without removing stuff i shouldn't

i use crap cleaner its pretty good you got to go to the issues button and start cleaning away.
you might try reg clean but im not sure how it works.there are others that i cant think of right now but some body will be along with some more. Big Grin

Crap Cleaner is great, as is RegscrubXP which can be downloaded free. I use it every day.

I've never understood why one should clean the registry, unless there is some specific problem that must be corrected. In that case, there are built in steps that can be taken.


I don't bother with any of this on my three computer systems.
