Keeping your Norton Anti-Virus updated is critical. New viruses are discovered everyday.
Update your Spybot before running it. Again, there are new "spyware" applications made frequently.
Also, keep your Windows updated. Click Start/All Programs (if Windows XP or Windows 2000) and click on "Windows Update".
If you're running an earlier version of Windows, click the Start button and look above the "Programs" for "Windows Update". It might be listed as "Microsoft Windows Update".
I don't know what "rbkiller" is, so I can't help you with that. Is it a shortcut to a program? Right click on it and then click "Properties". If it is a shortcut, you can click the "Find Target" button and it will open the folder that the program file is stored in. If it is a shortcut, you can delete it.
If the file is the installation file, and you've already installed it, you can delete it, or move it to a more convenient store location. You could drag it to "My Documents" for instance.
I hope something here helps!
