I'm on this list, and I'm concerned about what will happen when I am forced to Update my machine as many AMD Processor Machines have been Having issues,after Upgrading to XP SP3 Roll Eyes Intel processors are fine ...No reassurance from Microsoft that We will have a smooth update been posted(None that I've seen) Frown

If the Issue has not been resolved. Expect Queries galore on the Computer forums about
XP/AMD Processor Machines that are out of order from mid May.Maybe I'll be on that list too? Roll Eyes

I've been given the Official MS Fix patch for the AMD issue

Its 0.5 MB

For Windows XP AMD processors with SP2 - Install before SP3 is installed

Even more information to get a successful update Do this Before installing the Patch (Can delete it later)

This is like the Windows Task Manager Program except it is a bit more thorough in its execution .
WARNING! Use this program Offline as it will expose the unsecured Computer to the Nasties if online ! Eek

The Enditall program is a 392K download.
aShows All the Processes and Priorities in Plain English SomethinG MS Task Manager sometimes Keeps to itself Frown
May make a good tool for spotting a Malware entry on the List
Last Issue I had was McAfee Firewall Isolating my computer More and More Mad and the Clue was Found in Task Manager Processes list.
listed as MPF.exe (that was it! Confused)
Cure...A New Firewall(Now running COMODO) The old program was Outdated and no updates issued hence it ran into a wall! Frown
