I'm trying to pay for something by Paypal and when i got to the site (paypal) the little red eye appears and says this "Based on your privacy settings some cookies were restricted or blocked" i've payed for things lots of times with paypal and this has never come up, what do i do, and how do i do it.

OK I'm no expert but I think if you are using Internet Explorer 6, you can click on 'tools' in the menu bar on top, then 'internet options' in the drop-down menu, then the tab that says 'privacy', then 'default' and move the slider to change your settings, or 'edit' and enter the web address for the site to override the settings for that site.

When you get to that page again, click the "Sign in" or "Log in" link near the right top of the page, and you should be able to sign in. Works for me.
