I have deleted the old version of Spybot and have downloaded the new version. When I go to run the new version, an error comes up as follows:

Spybotsd: SpybotSD.exe - Bad image

The application or DLL c:\windows\System32\SrClient.dll is not a valid window image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

When I close this window, spybot does run anyway.

Can anyone tell me why this is coming up and how I can correct it?

I'm running on XP (home version) with 512 mgs of ram.

Also, I never had any problem with the old version of Spybot.
