I just got a message that there was an upgrade to ZA so I went and got it, now the first time around, I just chose upgrade, and installed but then when I was looking in the logs to see how many blocks were in there, I couldn't click more info to see where it may have been coming from, so I went back to the new upgrade and downloaded it again, but chose the clean install. I am still having trouble with this more info button, it won't display the info, says cannot find server, do you think my ZA is malfunctioning?

I just now downloaded and installed the Zone Alarm update to version number 3.7.202 (the free version). I did the "Upgrade" download and install.

I'm able to read and use the "More Info" button normally. I notice the button is "grayed out" (unusable) until a specific alert is selected, then it becomes usable.

Select "Alerts and Logs", then click on the "Log Viewer" tab. Then select an alert. You should now see both the "Add to Zone" and "More Info" buttons become usable.

I notice that once I had selected an alert, the buttons were then always available.
