My question is just a touch more complicated than that. What I would like to know and have wondered about for some time is what is the out come of identical twins marrying identical twins and the children they produce. Is it possible that the children would be identical? Thier parents have identical DNA. I have looked all over the net on this one and can not seem to come up with anything helpful. I know that twins marry twins but nothing is ever mentioned about thier children. Anything on the subject would be helpful. Thank-You

They probably will be as alike as siblings are in general. Twin couples having one child each are not much different from a single couple having two children. The chances of one such couple having identical twins might be greater than the average couple -- I really don't know -- but even that isn't certain.

Mack Tuesday is correct in estimating that the offspring of two twin couples would have the same degree of relatedness as a married couple who have two children. An explanation of this phenomenon can be found by visiting www.straightdope.com
Good question, I hope some more replies are generated!
