No way.

In order for a frozen person to be revived, he or she first must have been frozen through the technology of Cryonics, which wasn't around when the cavepeople were. The person must be given oxygen and blood circulation as soon as possible after death, then the blood is drained and replaced with a fluid during cooling down to liquid nitrogen temperatures way way way below zero. While many have been frozen this way, the technology is not yet here to unfreeze them and give them (maybe)new life.
