2 - 12 oz. cans whole kernel corn
2 - eggs
2 - Tablespoons sugar
1/2 - Teaspoon pepper
2 - Tablespoons butter
2 - Cups milk
2 - Tablespoons cornstarch
1 - teaspoon salt

Combine one of the cans of corn, eggs, sugar, pepper, butter, milk, cornstarch and salt in a blender until well mixed. Add the second can of corn and pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 400oF for 10 minutes, then 325oF for 40 minutes until brown and firm.

I made this a few weeks back and everyone loved it!!! Got several requests for the recipe and a request to make it for Xmas.....

When I had it, it was served as a side dish and not a dessert (which is the way I serve it as well). It is just delish!!! Thanks Fuse!!!!!!!!!!! and thank MrsFuse as well!!!Big Grin

Wow!!! It's almost 2 years later and here I am - coming back to reprint this recipe (been requested to make it yet AGAIN!!).

Thanks again Fuse for a genuine southern recipe for a very yummy dish!!!
