16 ounces cream cheese 4 eggs (seperated) 1 Tbsp flour 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup melted butter 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for the cheese meixture) 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for the crust) 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
Combine butter, cinnamon, graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar and press into the bottom of detachable cheese cake pan. Set aside.
Whip egg whites until soft peaks, set aside.
Whip cream cheese until smooth and soft, add 1/2 cup sugar slowly, add flour and blend until smooth. Stir in 1 yolk at a time until all 4 are smoothly blended. Stir in vanilla. Carefully fold in whites into cheese mixture.
Slowly pour cheese mixture over the unbaked crust in the cheesecake pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until top is golden brown and cracks form in the surface.
Additional variations:
add chocolate chips to cheese batter before baking.
Serve with melted chocolate, or strawberries or any fruit of your choice.
