Hi y'all!

My mama needs a recipe for chocolate ice cream topping made with unsweetened cocoa.

Please keep it simple...she's 80 and mostly blind, but she can microwave up a storm!

why does it have to unsweetened cocoa? That will not incorporate very well with microwaving... I founds lots of recipes with chocolate chips and hersheys kisses.

Because that's what she has on hand. It's difficult for her to get to a store. She has to send someone.

We used to use it to make syrup for making hot cocoa when I was a kid, but she wants something thicker.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE SAUCE: In small saucepan, stir together 3 tablespoons HERSHEY'S Cocoa and 1/3 cup sugar; stir in 1/3 cup evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon light corn syrup. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with wire whisk, until mixture boils; boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
