Ingredients: 1-1/3 cups chocolate wafer crumbs 1/4 cup chopped peanuts 1/4 cup butter, melted 3 eggs, separated 1 can Low Fat or Regular Eagle Brand 1 cup Reese Peanut Butter Chips, melted Hershey Chocolate Syrup
Directions: Directions: Combine crumbs, peanuts and butter; press evenly over 9' pie plate. Bake at 350oF for 5 minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Beat egg yolks, Eagle Brand and melted Reese Chips until smooth. Fold into egg whites. Pour into crust. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool. Cut into wedges and serve with Hershey Chocolate Syrup. Garnish as desired. (like adding more chopped nuts and a cherry on top ).
