Toffee Candy Pie

1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (6 oz.) chocolate crumb crust
1 (14½ oz.) jar milk chocolate icecream topping
3 (1.4-oz.) English toffee candy bars, chopped

Spread vanilla ice cream in crumb crust. Cover and freeze until firm. Spread 1 cup of the chocolate topping over ice cream; sprinkle with chopped candy, and drizzle with remaining ice cream topping.

Yum, Sherasi!! What a good idea! I think almost ANY candy would work with this recipe, so use your favorite!!
